• The supplier Intersurgical Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Airway Management products.
• There are 10 product codes affected.
• The supply issue is due to a component shortage.

Impact:          

• Three affected products are currently subject to intermittent supply:
  • FDB316, FDB317 and FDB312.
• Six affected products are currently suspended and unavailable to order:
  • FDC084, FDB954, FDB188, FDD749, FDC1108 and FDB034.
• One affected product is available to order, once the remaining stock has depleted the product will be suspended and unavailable to order:
  • FDB957.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.

• Two of the affected products have no alternatives, customers are advised to view the online catalogue for ones they deem suitable:
  • FDB188 and FDB034.
• We are currently sourcing further alternatives and updates will be made to the product listing as soon as possible.
• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 14 August 2025.
