Important Customer Notice Status Update Type Supply Disruption
Since November 2023, Johnson & Johnson has been experiencing supply issues with its suture products caused by manufacturing delays, raw material shortages capacity constraints and global demand increase. This has resulted in intermittent supply of many of its products.
Our Category team is closely monitoring the situation and is having weekly meetings with Johnson & Johnson to understand the latest supply position and when the disruption will end.
Johnson & Johnson has advised the supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 30 May 2025.
