Supply Issues Mölnlycke Temporary Warehouse Closure eDirect Products (ICN 3529)

Change:

• The supplier Mölnlycke has informed us that it is separating its Operating Room Solutions (ORS) and Gloves business into a stand-alone company.
• Mölnlycke has also chosen DSC as its future logistics partner for UK distribution operations. Consequently, the UK distribution centre operations will transition from CEVA Logistics in Corby, Northamptonshire to DSV’s facility in Brackmills, Northamptonshire.
• As a result, there will be a temporary impact on the supply of eDirect products from Mölnlycke.
• Additionally, as the supplier will be closed on 29 October 2026, all orders will be subject to an additional working day on current lead times.

Impact:

• All orders should be placed ahead of the supplier’s closure, considering individual product lead times.
• An additional working day will be applied to delivery dates for orders placed before 29 October 2026 with a requested delivery date of 29 October 2026 or later.
• Stocked lines can be ordered as normal.
• Mölnlycke will begin to fulfil orders from 30 October 2026.
