Supply Issues Multiple Suppliers Diathermy Cables FDJ125 and FDJ133 (ICN 2758)

Change:

• The suppliers Fannin UK Ltd and Conmed Linvatec Stock & Ed have informed us of a supply issue with their Diathermy Cables.
• There are two product codes affected:
  • FDJ125 – Diathermy cable reusable 3m long for REM machines
  • FDJ133 – Diathermy cable reusable 3m long for REM machines.
• The supply issue is due to an increase in demand and shipping delays.

Impact:          

• The affected product codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternatives are available to order through our online catalogue.
• However, some of these products may also be subject to intermittent supply.

• The supply issue is expected to be resolved by 16 December 2024 with potential to be extended if so, we will update this ICN with further information.
