Supply Issues Multiple Suppliers Medical Pulp Products FWV148 and FSL240 (ICN 3278)

Change:

• The suppliers Vernacare International Limited and Polyco Healthline Limited have informed us of a supply issue with its Medical Pulp products.
• Two product codes are affected:
  • FWV148 – Commode Pan Cs receiver 900ml capacity
  • FSL240 – Receiver Sputum Cs receiver 900ml capacity.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:          

• The affected product codes are currently subject to intermittent supply.
• Unfortunately, there are no alternatives available. Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable.
• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 30 March 2026.
