Supply Issues Paul Hartmann Ltd System Upgrade eDirect Products (ICN 2897)

Change:

• The supplier Paul Hartmann Ltd has informed us that they will be migrating to a new enterprise resource planning software from 1 to 5 May 2025 which will affect the processing of orders and deliveries of eDirect products over this period.
• There are 95 product codes affected.
• During this period all eDirect product codes will be suspended.
• The last day for the supplier to process any eDirect orders will be Wednesday 30 April 2025.
• The first day for orders to be processed following the system upgrade will be Tuesday 6 May 2025.
• NHS Supply Chain will work with Paul Hartmann Ltd to ensure any stocked lines remain unaffected and available to order during this period and customers can continue to order as normal.

Impact:          

• All the affected eDirect product codes will be suspended from 30 April 2025 until 6 May 2025.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue for most of the affected products.

• It is recommended that customers review their current stock holding of these products and if required, place orders before the 30 April 2025 considering lead times.
• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 6 May 2025.
