• PFM Medical has informed us that the supply issue with its Vascular Access Needles will not be resolved until Q4 of 2025.
• Six product codes are being temporarily delisted from our online catalogue:

• The supply issue with Safety Vascular Access Needles from PFM Medical is continuing.
• Six product codes remain affected in total:
  • FTR85156, FTR85159, FTR85160, FTR85163, FTR85169 and FTR85171.
• The affected product codes remain suspended and unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue for the affected products. However, some of these products may also become subject to intermittent supply with the increase in demand.

• The supplier PFM Medical has informed us of a supply issue with its Safety Vascular Access Needles.
• Six product codes are affected:

  • FTR85163
  • FTR85169
  • FTR85171
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

 Impact:

• All the affected product codes are currently unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
• Three alternatives are only available to certain customers.
• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 30 June 2025.
