• The supplier Roche Diagnostics Limited has informed us of a supply issue with its point of care cardiac marker test strip products.
• The three products are affected:
  • HHH1133 – Cardiac Marker Test D-Dimer
  • HFL1592 – Point of Care Device Quality Controls NT-proBNP Strips for use with Cobas
  • HFL1588 – Point of Care Device Quality Controls NT-proBNP for use with Cobas H232.
• The supply issue is due to manufacturing delays.

 Impact:          

• The affected products are currently subject to intermittent supply.
• Unfortunately, there are no alternatives available. Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable.

• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 30 September 2026.
