Supply Issues Scot Young Research Ltd Medical Socket Mops Interchangeable Connection Products (ICN 3088)

Change:

• The supplier Scot Young Research Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Medical Socket Mops Interchangeable Connection products.
• Five product codes are affected:
  • MLE598 – Disposable Medical Socket Mop Interchangeable Connection Non Woven – Blue
  • MLE603 – Disposable Medical Socket Mop Interchangeable Connection Non Woven – Red
  • MLE604 – Disposable Medical Socket Mop Interchangeable Connection Non Woven – Green
  • MLE611 – Disposable Medical Socket Mop Interchangeable Connection Non Woven – White
  • MLE610 – Disposable Medical Socket Mop Interchangeable Connection Non Woven – Yellow.
• The supply issue is due to shipping delays with goods being received into UK Ports.

Impact:

• The affected product codes are currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• Once deliveries start to be fulfilled the products will be placed on Demand Management for a short time to allow stock levels to return to a normal.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
• Customers should be aware that the alternative products follow a different supply route than the affected codes, and some of these alternatives may have different units of issue.

• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 10 October 2025.
