Supply Issues Spentex BCA Ltd Supplier Closure Short Term Impact to eDirect Products (ICN 3332)

Change:

• The supplier Spentex BCA Ltd has informed us they will be closed due to fixture upgrades and unable to receive or process orders from 10 July to 17 July 2026 inclusive.
• As a result, there will be a temporary disruption to the supply of eDirect products from the supplier during this period.
• No orders will be processed or despatched while Spentex BCA Ltd is closed.
• Order processing and dispatching will then resume on 20 July 2026.

Impact:          

• Six product codes are affected:
  • VWL027, VWL042, VWL073, VWL074, VWL8175 and VWR000.
• Customers should place orders before the closure, allowing for existing product lead times.
• An additional five days will be added to the original lead time for all impacted orders with delivery dates during or after the closure.
• No deliveries will take place from 13 to 17 July 2026 inclusive.
• Orders placed after 4pm on 9 July will not be sent to Spentex BCA until they reopen on 20 July 2026.
• Stocked lines can be ordered as normal.
