Supply Issues Terumo System Upgrade Short Term Impact to eDirect Products (ICN 3306)

Change:

• The supplier Terumo has informed us that they will be closed due to a system upgrade.
• Due to this, eDirect products from Terumo will be temporarily impacted from 17 April to 20 April 2026 inclusive.
• No orders will be processed or despatched during this period. Order processing will resume on 21 April 2026.
• There are 2246 products affected.

Impact:

• Orders should be placed in advance of the closure, subject to individual product lead times. The order processing cut-off is 4pm on Thursday 16 April 2026.
• Orders placed after the cut-off will not be sent to Terumo until their systems upgrade has been completed on 21 April 2026.
• Terumo will then begin to process orders placed during the closure period from 21 April 2026.
• All impacted orders with deliveries during or after the closure will incur an additional 2 days on top of the standard lead time.
• Terumo have said there may be further delays due to order backlog following the upgrade.
• Stocked lines can be ordered as normal.
