Supply Issues The Orthodontic Company (TOC) Supplier Closure Short Term Impact to eDirect Products (ICN 3316)

Change:

• The supplier The Orthodontic Company (TOC) has informed us they will be closed and unable to receive or process orders from 1 May to 4 May 2026 inclusive.
• As a result, there will be a temporary disruption to the supply of eDirect products from TOC during this period.
• No orders will be processed or despatched while TOC is closed.
• Order processing will resume on Tuesday 5 May 2026.
• A total of 193 products are affected.

Impact:          

• Customers should place orders before the closure, allowing for existing product lead times.
• An additional two days will be added to the original lead time for all impacted orders with delivery dates during or after the closure.
• No deliveries will take place on 1 May 2026; any orders due on this date will be moved to 5 May 2026.
• Orders placed after 4pm on 30 April 2026 will not be sent to TOC until they reopen on 5 May 2026.
• Stocked lines can be ordered as normal; however, NHS Supply Chain will also be closed on 4 May 2026 due to the May bank holiday.
