Change:

• The supplier Vygon UK Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Catheter Placement Pack.
• One product is affected:
  • FSU85000 – Catheter placement pack neonatal long line Catheter placement pack neonatal long line.
• The supply issue is due to a change in one of the component parts, which is currently undergoing validation.
• Due to this ongoing supply issue this product is now being threshold managed as it is subject to Protect Demand Management.

Impact:

• FSU85000 is currently available whilst our current stock lasts, However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
• Once this stock is depleted the product code will be unavailable to order.
• A potential indirect alternative product is available to order through our online catalogue:
