• The supplier Vygon Uk Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Intravenous Accessories.
• There is one product code affected:
  • FSB031 – Stopcock with extension line 3 way with 13.5cm extension line.
• The supply issue is due to increased demand and lead times.
• Due to this ongoing supply issue this product is now being threshold managed as it is subject to Protect Demand Management.

Impact:

• The affected product is available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
