• The supplier Vygon UK Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Needlefree Connector Valves.
• One product code is affected:
  • FSW132 – Needlefree Connector Valve Access bung double wrap in aseptic applicator luer activated valve.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.
• Due to this ongoing supply issue this product is now being threshold managed as it is subject to Protect Demand Management.

Impact:

• FSW132 is available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
