Supply Issues Vygon UK Ltd Stopcock with Extension Line FVK045 (ICN 3508)

Change:

• The supplier Vygon UK Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Stopcock with extension line products.
• There is one product code affected:
  • FVK045 – Stopcock with extension line – 3 way with 25cm extension line.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.
• Due to this ongoing supply issue this product is now being threshold managed as it is subject to Protect Demand Management.

Impact:

• FVK045 is available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
• This product is anticipated to be removed from Protect Demand Management by 11 November 2026.
