• The supplier Vygon UK Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Central Venous Catheters.
• There is one product affected:
  • FSY036 – Catheter triple lumen dialysis antimicrobial impregnated PU Seldinger technique thermosensitive 15cm 12fg flexible.
• The supply issue is due to increased demand and lead times.
• Due to this ongoing supply issue this product is now being threshold managed as it is subject to Protect Demand Management.

• FSY036 is available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
