Supply Issues Vygon UK Ltd Y Extension Set Polyethylene Lined PVC FSB1360 (ICN 2972)

Change:

• The supplier Vygon UK Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Extension Set products.
• One product is affected:
  • FSB1360 – Y Extension set polyethylene lined PVC 165cm x 1mm id with anti syphon and anti reflux valves and pinch clamp a loop and retaining clip.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.
• Due to this ongoing supply issue this product is now being threshold managed as it is subject to Protect Demand Management.

Impact:

• FSB1360 is available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
• If indirect alternatives FSW323 or FSB1079 are selected, either product must be used in conjunction with FSB1361.

• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 22 August 2025.
