• The supplier GE Medical Systems Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Gas Monitoring Accessories and Adaptor products.
• The five product codes affected are:
  • FDD85044 – Gas Monitoring Accessories Sampling Line LoFlo non returnable
  • FDD85045 – Gas Monitoring Accessories Sampling Line with Dehumidification LoFlo non returnable
  • FDE85119 – Adaptor Airway Kit Adult/Pedi LoFlo non returnable
  • FDE85120 – Adaptor Airway Kit Pedi/Infant with Dehumidification LoFlo non returnable
  • FDE85121 – Adaptor Airway Kit Adult/Pedi with Dehumidification LoFlo non returnable.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:          

• FDD85044, FDE85119, and FDE85121 are currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• FDD85045 and FDE85120 are currently unavailable.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue:
