Supply Issues KCI Medical Limited Multiple Products Across Various Frameworks (ICN 3098)

• The supply issue with multiple products from KCI Medical Limited is now resolved.
• Deliveries are returning to normal following the upgrade to their new ERP system, and no further disruption is expected.

• The supply issues with multiple products from KCI Medical Limited due to shipping delays caused by a warehouse move has improved.
• KCI Medical Limited has advised that they have successfully transitioned to a new facility in Zülpich, Germany and are currently monitoring their performance to minimise any further disruption.
• KCI Medical Limited has also advised that between the 30 January 2026 and 4 February 2026 they will be upgrading their ERP system.
• We are working closely with KCI Medical Limited to minimise any disruption whilst their system upgrade takes place, these measures include increasing our safety stock levels where applicable to ensure cover is available due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are advised to order in their usual manner during this period.
• We will update this ICN as soon as we have further information.
• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 28 February 2026.

Change:

• KCI Medical Limited has reported a supply disruption due to shipping delays caused by a warehouse move, potentially affecting multiple products supplied via our online catalogue.
• As soon as we have further information on the affected products they will be detailed in future updates to this ICN.
• KCI Medical Limited have advised that the delays stem from their ongoing separation from 3M and the relocation of operations from their Jüchen warehouse to a new facility in Zülpich, Germany.
• Although the UK transition began in July 2025, unforeseen challenges prompted a temporary return to the Jüchen site to reduce customer impact.
