NHS Supply Chain are recruiting for a Clinical Development Manager to join the Clinical Directorate.
Every day you will …
- Act as a positive ambassador within the Clinical Directorate and to the wider clinical community across NHS Supply Chain
- Provide professional leadership and ensure that the clinical voice is represented across NHS Supply Chain
- Provide support to the Director of Clinical Operations and Development on managing clinical operational issues
- Work closely with senior colleagues across the Clinical Directorate to ensure you are sighted on operational issues that impact on the core functions of the Directorate, mainly patient safety, clinical quality assurance, regulatory compliance and innovation.
- Support embedding the Clinical and Quality of Care strategy across NHS Supply chain
- Support the Director of Operations and Development in achieving the three key ambitions Quality of Care, Partnership working and Population Health Management.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
- Registered Healthcare Professional with significant experience at a Senior level i.e. Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife or Allied Healthcare Professional
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a passion for patient safety and improvement
- Significant clinical operational management experience working across different functions
- Experience of successful implementation of strategy, including project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiation skills
