  • Lead the planning, optimisation and delivery of digital marketing activity that strengthens brand presence, generates leads and supports market share growth.
  • Enable customers and stakeholders to connect with our products, services and value at every stage of the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Deliver insight‑driven digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Optimise digital assets, including website content, landing pages and conversion journeys, to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Manage and develop paid and organic social activity, including boosting strategies, audience targeting and real‑time performance optimisation.
  • Translate product and service value propositions into compelling digital content that supports the full funnel.
  • Identify opportunities for digital growth, increased market visibility and customer acquisition across channels.
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools, providing clear reporting to inform decision‑making and prioritisation.
  • Work collaboratively with brand, events, web, communications and commercial teams to ensure alignment, consistency and high‑quality execution.
  • Manage digital budgets responsibly, ensuring maximum impact and measurable value.
  • Operate at the centre of digital execution, identifying optimisation opportunities and driving continuous improvement.

  • Strong understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, with the ability to align activity to each stage for maximum impact.

  • Ability to interpret digital performance data, translate insights into actions and demonstrate measurable ROI.
  • Confidence using data to identify opportunities, test approaches and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to communicate digital concepts clearly to non‑specialists and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach, working effectively across brand, marketing, product, sales and operational teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Capability to guide and support colleagues towards digital best practice, providing expertise and leadership without direct line management responsibility.
