NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
Our In Hospital Services team works across all departments within a hospital following the supply chain from procurement to the frontline staff delivering patient care. We are fully aligned with Scan4Safety and the use of GS1 standards across the NHS working closely with partners such as national NHS bodies and best in class IT providers.
The Scan4Safety team os focused on working with trusts and NHS partners to deliver Scan4Safety benefits fromt the use of IMS
Every day you will …
- Be responsible for the overarching relationship with the IMS partners to maximize value and mitigate risk over the full relationship life cycle. The role holder will be responsible for SLA reviews and QBRs.
- Support the commercial manager and digital lead in delivery of the Scan4Safety commercial and digital agendas
- Provide holistic representation of all IMS providers in national initiatives commercially and technically.
- Be a technical subject matter expert in engagement between NHS Trusts and technical partners, and between NHS Supply Chain and central bodies such as NHS England

In-depth experience of inventory management systems, Scan-4-Safety and NHS Supply Chain customer-facing systems and processes. This could include software proficiency, industry standards, or hands-on technical capabilities.

Working well with colleagues, building positive relationships, contributing to group goals, and maintaining a supportive, respectful work environment. This includes conflict resolution and adaptability in team settings.
