Salary: £39,618 with the opportunity to rise to £46,610 within 3 years.

The Organisational Effectiveness and Insights Analyst will provide the insight, structure and operational rhythm that underpins organisational effectiveness. You’ll ensure leaders and teams have the evidence they need to design and evolve an organisation that is effective, efficient and future-ready.
By bringing analytical rigour you’ll help translate strategy into structure and people capability, the role connects workforce data, structural design and change governance. The Organisational Effectiveness and Insights Analyst will act as a connector between organisational design, people data and talent insight, helping the People teams and senior leaders see how people, structures interact to drive business performance.
Every day you will …
- Own key OE processes such as the OD change log, monthly resource forum tracking and organisational data analysis ensuring that change decisions are evidenced, recorded, reviewed and aligned to strategic priorities. .
- Provide analytical insight and reporting on organisational structures, spans and layers, headcount and role data to support OE priorities. Create clear insight-driven recommendations that inform organisational design and change decisions, create people dashboards at business, directorate and team level, bring to life complex data through visuals and storytelling.
- Create and shape a cycle of reviewing organisational health and capability, collating and presenting key insight to show where we can be leaner, clearer and more capable.
- Support organisational reviews and design projects with clear diagnostics and evidence. Support the OE Manager in delivering organisational design projects, workforce modelling and future state analysis.
- Collaborate across the People team, finance and strategy to connect insights on performance, cost and people. Provide support for Finance activities including annual financial planning, providing all people data in timely manner and supporting quarterly financial activities.
- Define a rhythm of regular review of OE data processes, spot opportunities to simplify reporting, automate data flows and enhance the tools we use for analysis. Improve OE data processes ensuring accuracy, simplicity and relevance.
- Provide administrative and co-ordination support for OD governance meetings and key decision-making forums. Support OE manager and People Experience Lead prepare resource forum packs when required. Identify and flag emerging themes or inefficiencies in structures.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
- Strong understanding of OD and effectiveness principles, workforce data structures, spans and layers as well as OD change processes. Bring demonstratable expertise with proven experience in complex organisations. .
- Experience creating dashboards and visual analytics e.g. PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools. Strong attention to detail and governance awareness.
- Data analytics, interpretation and storytelling able to turn complex data into clear actionable insight. Understanding workforce planning, change and performance metrics.
- Confident handling people data including headcount, capability, structure and performance trends. Working knowledge of HR systems, reporting and data governance. Skilled in producing concise, insight-driven summaries for decision making.
