The People Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of HR data reporting and analytics across the organisation. This role ensures HR systems and processes are maintained accurately and operate efficiently to meet business needs. The analyst will manage and update HR system records, ensuring data integrity and consistency. They will assist in the administration of performance management and reward processes through HR systems and provide support for business change initiatives related to reward, people’s experience, leadership, and development. The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting and system support.

- Using a wide range of HR data to diagnose underlying causes of key business issues and identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and/or improve business performance. Key Activities will include, supporting the delivery of performance data, reward related processes and informing any business change projects
- Deliver stakeholder engagement activities to support development of effective working relationships and to identify and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns
- Resolve queries from internal or external customers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
- Contribute to reviewing existing operations in their own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
- Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends

- Ensures the accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems, maintaining up-to-date records that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Applies understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies to ensure HR data is managed securely and in compliance with legal standards.
- Collects, cleans, and analyzes HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights that inform workforce planning, performance, and reward strategies.
- Keeps informed of developments in HR technology, analytics practices, and workforce trends to support continuous improvement in data reporting and system usage.
- Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
