Job Title – Process Analyst

Function – SCM Business Integration

Location – Nottingham – Hybrid 2 days a week

Type: Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £46,524 with potential to rise to £54,735 over 3 years

Closing Date: 20th November 2025

The Process Analyst role has been created to provide essential support to NHS Supply Chain’s major transformation programme.

This position is critical in driving detailed process mapping, gathering and refining requirements, and ensuring delivery standards are consistently met. As one of the few roles being recruited internally, it represents a key opportunity to build internal capability and inject energy and momentum into the programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating workshops to map future-state (‘to-be’) processes, documenting processes to required standards, and translating user stories and requirements into actionable outputs for technology partners.

They will also support testing and delivery phases to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Modernisation Design, the Process Analyst will work closely with Value Stream Leads, Business Architects, Technology Partners, Transformation Providers, and stakeholders across various directorates.

  • Develop and maintain a programme-wide business design framework and governance model.
  • Lead the integration of business capabilities and processes across all value streams.
  • Ensure alignment of design activities with strategic programme objectives and the NHS Supply Chain’s operating model.
