National award for collaborative excellence

We are proud to have won the Best Collaborative Teamwork Project award at the CIPS Excellence in Procurement and Supply Awards 2026 for our Inventory Management system rollout.

The award recognises the impact of partnership working in improving patient care and safety across the NHS. Working alongside NHS England, GS1 UK, Scan4Safety, suppliers, technology partners and frontline clinical teams, we’ve transformed inventory management to strengthen product visibility and support more efficient, data-driven services across NHS trusts. 

Together, we’ve demonstrated what can be achieved when organisations unite behind a shared purpose. This work has helped create smarter, simpler and more connected ways of working, delivering benefits for patients, clinicians and NHS organisations.

The award reflects the dedication and expertise of colleagues and partners across the NHS and highlights the value of working together to deliver meaningful change across healthcare.
