New Range of Inclusive Hair Care Products

Introducing a range of inclusive products to enhance the patient experience – seeking patient feedback.

To support the NHS in its goal to improve patient experience and outcomes, we are introducing a range of combs for people with textured hair types.

Initially there are four products available to order via our online catalogue, for a trial period to ascertain NHS and patient requirements. We will then look to expand the range of products we offer, when we renew our framework agreement.

To support this, we would like trusts who are interested in purchasing these combs to help us gain patient feedback. You can do this by putting our Voice of the Customer team in contact with your trust’s patient experience lead or equality and diversity leads. We want to hear the patient voice so that we can continue to improve and promote patient experience and quality of care.

This is the first project that we are working on to enhance our offer to improve access to products and patients’ experience in line with our ambition to tackle health inequalities. This will mean giving everyone the same resources, regardless of their background or circumstances.
