Scheduled Changes to TR Reports

We are pleased to confirm we have successfully completed the planned changes to our TR18, TR21 and TR22 transactional reports.

There are some changes planned for Monday 4 August and Tuesday 5 August 2025 to the following TR Reports:

TR18 – Demand by NPC / Group / Section

• Performance improvements meaning your report will now run much quicker.
• A new field will be added for supply route – Stocked, eDirect or Direct.
• Patient data elements (Home Delivery Service accounts) will be obfuscated (hidden) on this report.

TR21 – Line Detail

• A new field will be added for supply route – Stocked, eDirect or Direct.
• Patient data elements (Home Delivery Service accounts) will be obfuscated (hidden) on this report.

TR22 – Search by Transaction

• New fields will be added to this report to show sell prices including and excluding VAT.
• A new drop-down selector will be included for NHS Supply Chain Framework (contract title).
• A new field will be added for supply route – Stocked, eDirect or Direct.
• Patient data elements (Home Delivery Service accounts) will be obfuscated (hidden) on this report.
