We are pleased to share a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to update missing images on our online catalogue. This achievement plays a crucial role in empowering customers to make informed purchasing decisions, ultimately leading to better outcomes for patients.

Customer feedback helped us identify priority frameworks and 100,000 critical products, with 19,415 of these products being used by the pilot trusts in our new digital commerce programme.

Despite the challenge of updating nearly 20,000 images, we have made remarkable progress, thanks to your support.

Here are some key highlights:

• Nearly 7,000 critical product images, required to support the Digital Commerce programme, have been received and successfully uploaded.
• We now have an image for 76% of product codes that have sales against them in the online catalogue, an increase of 17% since the project began.
• 281 suppliers have provided further images, totalling 56,842 since the project began in December.
• A new process has been finalised, which utilises URLs obtained from suppliers.
• Images are now captured on Operational Readiness Plans for contract launches.
