Curtains, Blinds and Associated Services
Overview
This framework starts on 6 October 2025, runs for 48 months and ends on 5 October 2029.
There are 10 suppliers, including 3 new suppliers, on the framework offering a wider range of products, related services, and recycling options for customers.
To support curtain recycling at end of life, suppliers on this framework will assess customer needs and provide suitable collection containers for non-contaminated curtains, with collections scheduled at the customer’s preferred frequency.
For an assessment, please contact NHS Supply Chain who can support in establishing the most suitable supplier for their needs.
See the Suppliers section for a full list of suppliers on this framework.
Areas covered
There are four lots on this framework:
- Lot 1 – Non-Antimicrobial Treated Polypropylene Curtains
- Lot 2 – Antimicrobial Treated Polypropylene Curtains
- Lot 3 – Wipeable, Fabric Curtains and Blinds
- Lot 4 – Track System.
Resilience
Our increased knowledge of the global manufacturing base following COVID-19 and subsequent global supply challenges, means we are better able to identify potential risks and mitigate them by building resilience into our sourcing strategies.
As part of this framework, we are implementing measures such as requiring suppliers to hold more stock in UK warehouses and ensuring multiple suppliers are available on each lot to provide alternative products.
How to purchase from the framework
Products available via our eDirect supply routes can be purchased using our online catalogue or through your own purchase-to-pay system.
For products and services available via our Direct supply route, customers will need to quote the framework reference when placing an order directly with suppliers to benefit from National Framework Agreement Pricing. Please quote the framework reference number (2025/S 000-030206) when contacting your preferred supplier to ensure the correct pricing and compliance.
For fabric curtains only
For all enquiries please contact:
Facilities and Office Solutions team
You will need to request a Unique Reference Number (URN).
If a quotation is requested via NHS Supply Chain, the customer will need to advise us which quotation they wish to go ahead with.
Our Category team will then provide you with a URN. This URN must be detailed on your purchase order to order the required equipment.
The customer will need to send us a copy of the completed purchase order to ensure the purchase is covered under the Framework Agreement.
Savings Opportunities
The framework provides a National Pricing Matrix (NPM) for Lot 1 and Lot 2 products, which allows you to benefit from a discounted pricing structure from a supplier in return for either a value or volume commitment, for an agreed period.
If you are interested in NPM savings, please speak to your NHS Supply Chain ICS Manager.
See our Useful Links section for your ICS Manager contact details.
See our Downloads ▼ section for details of the NPMs.
Sustainability and Social Value
Sustainability, net zero and social value are important elements in how NHS Supply Chain build our framework offering through the procurement process, tendering, supplier award and contract management. There are five mandatory requirements for suppliers to address supporting compliance with relevant PPNs and NHS England policy.
- Carbon Reduction Plan (PPN 006)
- Evergreen Assessment
- Modern Slavery Assessment (PPN 009)
- Social Value (PPN 002)
- NHS England Net Zero Supplier Roadmap and Horizon Scanning.
Awarded suppliers meet the current milestones on the net zero roadmap and have awareness and understanding of future milestones.
Social value
See our Downloads ▼ section for further information on suppliers’ social value commitments.

We are pleased to offer trusts a service element within our framework that supports curtain recycling, an ideal option for those working towards net-zero targets. To request this service, please speak to your NHS Supply Chain ICS Manager.
