The new framework starts on 1 February 2023, will run for 24 months and ends on 31 January 2025. There is an option to extend for an additional 24 months.

This framework is split into seven lots:
- Lot 1 – Synthetic Hair wigs
- Lot 2 – Human Hair Wigs
- Lot 3 – Headwear Products
- Lot 4 – Maintenance Products
- Lot 5 – Custom Made Wigs
- Lot 6 – Supply and Fit
- Lot 7 – Alteration and Repair.
A wide variety of bespoke and off the peg wigs will be available sourced from local hairdressers and wig shops, as well as national wholesalers.
Most suppliers offer wigs on a supply only basis or supply and fit with an offer of hospital and domestic visits for patients.
