General Wound Care

This framework starts on 14 March 2022, runs for 47 months and ends on 31 January 2026. This includes a 24 month extension.

Dressings and wound care products are used by clinicians in both the acute and community sectors to aid in the management of the wound healing process. These are used by all clinicians but primarily tissue viability nurses.

Important notice – for stocked products only. New contract / framework prices will take effect from the Go Live date, however product prices will not change until stock of all product at the old contract / framework price has been depleted.

Please note: The General Wound Care Nationally Contracted Products initiative ended on 31 July 2024 and we have reverted back to the originally awarded suppliers for the remainder of the framework agreement. This decision has been taken following customer feedback and to allow for resilience and competition in these areas. Suppliers who have expressed an interest in relisting their products will begin to be added to our online catalogue from 1 August 2024.
