The Olympus nCare™ 4K is a networked medical recorder that captures high‑quality surgical images and video from clinical devices, allowing clinicians to record from up to two sources simultaneously. It securely stores or transfers recordings into hospital systems such as VaultStream, enabling easy access, sharing, and editing for clinical workflows.

VaultStream is a centralised medical content management system that securely stores, manages, and provides hospital‑wide access to recorded clinical images and videos linked to patient data. It integrates with systems like Hospital Information System (HIS), Premature Atrial Contractions (PACS), Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), and nCare 4K to support efficient workflows, secure access, collaboration, and compliant long‑term storage of procedural media.
