Care Pathway Team
The Care Pathway team are passionate about improving patient outcomes through focussed partnership and engagement with the NHS.
As a team of Care Pathway Specialists and Clinical Care Pathway Managers we aim to do this by developing collaborative relationships, working alongside Integrated Care Systems and Provider Organisations, supporting the adoption of Value Based Healthcare opportunities, Disruptive Innovation adoption and developing case studies that can be shared to promote best practice, reduce health inequalities and unlock productivity and efficiency into the NHS.

The three main priorities of the team are:
- Driving the adoption of innovative products, devices and services including those on the NHS England MedTech Funding Mandate policy within identified Integrated Care Systems (ICS) care pathways.
- Driving the adoption of clinical practice, from published Value Based Procurement (VBP) case studies within identified ICS care pathways.
- Developing partner led VBP case studies, that address ICS care pathways clinical pain points.
