Nosheen covers customers from Crown Dependencies, Devolved Authorities / Nations and Overseas Territories.
Matt Hitchins covers a broad spectrum of customers including General Practitioner (GP) surgeries, not-for-profit organisations or those from the wider Public Sector (not the NHS).
Matt also works closely with allied organisations or NHS Commissioning bodies, charities, the independent and private sector and other service providers to the NHS.
Karl is working with all of the ambulance services across the UK from a service support perspective – looking at current ways of working and future best practice approaches across the ambulance service sector.

Account Support Managers (ASMs):
Our dedicated team of Account Support Managers work nationally and manage all existing home delivery customers. We work with customer trusts on service reporting and identifying service enhancements, savings projects, and supplier relationships. ASMs champion the customer and are the link between the customer trusts and NHS Supply Chain’s customer service, operational partners and inventory teams.
