• The supplier has advised that a 6-month extension has now been granted by the MHRA.
• The derogation now applies solely to the specified product codes below:
  • KFK228, KFK1298, KFK1294, KFK1302, KFK1299, KFK1295, KFK1301, FNG85008, FNG85013, FNG85007, FNG85018 and FNG85019.
• 12 products are now affected in total.
• This is due to the presence of legacy stock that was manufactured prior to the MDR certification administrative error.

• Due to an unforeseen administrative error during the transition to MDR certification there was a brief interruption to the validity of the CE mark for certain Greiner Bio-One products and as such these lines were suspended from supply to the market.
• The derogation allows supply of these products to resume.
