Supply Issues LivaNova UK Ltd Perfusion Devices Consumables and Associated Equipment (ICN 3415)

Change:

• The supplier LivaNova has informed us of a supply issue with its Perfusion Devices Consumables and Associated Equipment.
• There are 446 product codes affected.
• LivaNova are implementing a new ERP system between 30 July 2026 and 11 August 2026, resulting in all lead time being extended by 8 days.
• Emergency orders can be facilitated manually but only in exceptional circumstances. It has been advised the contingency plan would be a manual order handling with the IT provider.

Impact:          

• 446 affected product codes are currently subject to intermittent supply.
• The only customer impact will be the lead time extension of 8 days, no further supply issues are anticipated.
• There are currently supply issues on perfusion cannulas already communicated via ICN 3338.
