- FSS907, FST781, FST698, FSS169 and GDW205.
- Seven product codes are now affected in total.

- FSS174 – Self-retaining catheter (foley) 2-way Silicone
- FSS907 – Self-retaining catheter (foley) 3-way PVC.
- The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.
