Supplier operations and customer relationships
All quotes and orders are processed by the Procurement Assistants and each Procurement Assistant is the single point of contact for their allocated customers. For queries or information relating to any aspect of the quote or order process, please contact the team via maintenance@supplychain.nhs.uk and your email will be promptly distributed, based upon the customer or site it relates to.

Framework Strategy and Supplier Relationships
Our Category Managers are responsible for all strategic elements of this framework, and queries relating to anything other than single quotes or orders. They also manage any operational issues that affect multiple customers.

For all communications, including potential issue escalation, please use the following route:
First contact: Procurement Assistant
Second contact: Category Manager
Third contact: Sarah Coney (Category Lead)
Final contact: Phil Scott (Head of Category).
