New self-serve dashboards

Our new Customer Expenditure and Demand Comparison dashboards are now live, offering improved visibility and data driven insights to support decision making across NHS trusts, ICS procurement teams, and NHS England.

  • Customer Expenditure Dashboard: provides clear visibility of spend trends, category breakdowns, supplier insights, and key financial metrics.
  • Demand Comparison Dashboard: delivers comprehensive demand analytics, product category trends, and sustainability linked insights to support planning.

Developed as part of our Customer Self Serve Analytics programme, the dashboards have been shaped through partner input and testing.

Access and next steps
Access is being rolled out in phases. Phase one users have had access since the end of March 2026 and are helping to inform future development requirements. Future tranches will follow later this year.

To register your interest in accessing one or both of the dashboards, please complete the dashboard account management form on this page. We’ll confirm your allocated tranche and provide access to on demand training materials to help you get started later in the year.

Please note: access will be prioritised for organisations without existing access. Those already with access may be required to support their colleagues during this interim rollout period.
