Customer Reports
From Thursday 1 August 2024, your trust will start receiving a new set of reports to give you better visibility of the impact of demand management on any orders. These reports will be released in two phases, the first phase will provide information on products that have been intervened on, phase two will provide transparency around thresholds.
These automated reports will enable your trust to plan more effectively for any impact on product orders. If you have any questions about the information available, please contact your Customer Service Advisor.
