| Equipment Status Class | Classification for the equipment status (for example active, inactive, other) |

| Expenditure Type | Type of asset expenditure, capital or revenue |
| Fixed Price PPM | Used for estimating contract prices when tendering for contracts. It the cost of a PPM service of the device if it is covered by a PPM-only contract |

| Ownership Type | Reference data, ownership type of the asset |
| Provider | Assigned provider of the asset, typically the NHS trust |

| Risk Level | Device specific risk level, initially copied from the model |
