The Olympus ETD-D washer is designed for precision, efficiency and reliability, ensuring high-level disinfection of flexible endoscopes is completed whilst maintaining strict hygiene compliance. Fast cycle, user friendly operation, and full traceability make it the ideal choice for busy endoscopy departments focused on reliability and compliance.

The EDC Plus dryer provides safe, effective drying and secure storage for flexible endoscopes. With medical grade airflow, real-time LED status indicators, and full Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) traceability, the EDC Plus dryer allows storage of endoscopes up to 28 days whilst ensuring readiness for the next procedure.

The Olympus ETD-D washer and EDC Plus dryers are available in limited quantities and can be purchase together as a complete solution or individually to suit departments specific requirements.

ETD-D Washer

• Simultaneous reprocessing of up to three endoscopes, the ETD-D offers fast reprocessing turnaround within a small footprint.
• Pass through design with vertical door opening.
• Reduced Reverse Osmosis (RO) water consumption per cycle supports sustainability. When used in conjunction with Olympus’s manual detergent, EndoPreZyme, omission of the rinsing step at the sink stage is also possible.
• Loading of baskets and connection of endoscope channels is completed entirely outside the ETD-D.
• Improved error detection and comprehensive leakage test algorithms detects hard to find leakages.

EDC Plus (Core and Extension) Dryer

• Modular design allows you to expand your drying capacity to meet future demand.
• Ability to store endoscopes for up to 28 days.
• Visual LED indicates the status of each endoscope quickly
• Continuously air flow monitoring by independent sensors for each endoscope.
• Vertical drying of the endoscopes combined with medical grade compressed air optimises the drying cycle and ensures compliance to EN 16442 as well as applicable UK guidelines.
