The IRadimed 3880 is a compact, MRI-compatible patient monitor designed for continuous vital-sign monitoring during MRI procedures and patient transport. It enables clinicians to track ECG, SpO₂, non-invasive and invasive blood pressure, temperature, capnography (CO₂), and optional anaesthetic agent levels.
Used by healthcare professionals in MRI suites, emergency departments, intensive care units, and operating theatres, the 3880 is specifically built for environments where standard monitors are not safe or practical. Its unique non-magnetic design allows safe operation in MRI scanners up to 30,000 gauss, making it suitable for placement inside the scan room without interference or safety risk.
A key benefit is its portability and integration across the entire patient journey—from bedside to MRI and back—helping eliminate equipment transfers and reducing the risk of data loss or interruption in care. The system also features a wireless tablet-style display for remote monitoring, enhancing visibility and workflow efficiency.
With its focus on safety, mobility, and continuous monitoring, the IRadimed 3880 supports clinicians in delivering seamless care for adult, paediatric, and neonatal patients undergoing MRI diagnostics.
