The new framework starts on 4 October 2024, runs for 18 months and ends on 4 April 2026. There is an option to extend for an additional 30 months.

The framework covers a range of food vending solutions.

There are nine Lots on this framework:

  • Lot 1 – Cold Drinks, Snacks and Confectionery Vending Machines
  • Lot 2 – Chilled and Hot Food Vending Machines
  • Lot 3 – Hot Beverage Vending Machines
  • Lot 4 – Coffee Shop Solutions
  • Lot 5 – Ward Beverage Trolleys
  • Lot 6 – Water Dispensers
  • Lot 7 – Reverse Vending
  • Lot 8 – Smart Technology and Shop Solutions
  • Lot 9 – Maintenance and Servicing

Social Value and Sustainability

Since April 2022 all our frameworks have adopted the Procurement Policy Notice 06/20. The suppliers on this framework have demonstrated their plans for:

All suppliers on the framework have Carbon Reduction Plans. Examples within different plans include measures to reduce both packaging waste and the amount of air miles used to transport products.
