Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) For Medical Technology Innovation

Our Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is an innovative procurement process we have developed to streamline and accelerate access to cutting-edge medical technologies.

The DPS ensures suppliers and NHS organisations collaborate effectively, bringing innovative solutions to patients faster and more efficiently.

This diversity allows NHS trusts to find tailored solutions that align with their clinical and operational needs, driving improved outcomes for patients and staff.

Register your interest in these innovative and game-changing products by completing a requirements form.

  • Completion of the requirements form  does not bind your trust(s).
  • The information you provide will be used to formulate the requirements to be presented through the DPS to the supplier.
  • Your trust(s) will have the option to decline final participation in the call-off contract created under this DPS should the price or terms and conditions be unacceptable to you.

Unlike traditional frameworks, the DPS is:

  • Always open: Suppliers can join at any point during its seven-year lifecycle.
  • Simplified: It reduces barriers for suppliers, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to access NHS markets.
  • Innovation-focused: Designed to support access to transformative medical technologies addressing evolving healthcare challenges.

When you complete a requirements form a call-off exercise is undertaken, a pricing and contract template is sent to your NHS organisation. Once completed and returned to us, you will be able to purchase product(s).

We have a dedicated team on hand to support you through the process. When you complete a requirements form, we will be in touch with more information and next steps.
