- The supplier Bayer PLC has informed us of a supply issue with its Contrast Media Injector Options products.
- The two product codes affected are:
- JAH418- Arterion twist & go high pressure connecting tube 120cm (48 inch)- non-Returnable
- JAH419- Arterion twist & go high pressure connecting tube 150cm (60 inch)- non-Returnable.
- The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.
Impact:
- The affected codes are currently unavailable to order.
- Unfortunately, there are no alternatives available. Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable.

- Tubing should be sterile, high pressure rated (Arterion injectors have a maximum pressure limit of 1200psi) and should have male and female luer connections. Lines can be chosen based on a suitable length as desired by the user.
- The continuing supply issue is being monitored in conjunction with the supplier and we will continue to review the stock situation to minimise further disruption and update this ICN with the latest information as it becomes available.
