Supply Issues Delmore Disposable Slipper and Eye Mask Products (ICN 2282)

Change:

• The supplier Delmore has informed us of a supply issue with its Disposable slipper and Eye Mask products.
• There are four product codes affected.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:          

• Two of the affected product codes are currently suspended:
  • CVW091 – Slippers unisex latex-free disposable non-slip stretchable
  • CVW016 – Foam Slippers Unisex Latex-Free Disposable Stretchable Non-Slip.
• Two of the affected product codes are currently subject to intermittent supply:
  • CVW021 – Eye Mask To Improve Sleep
  • CVW033 – Eye Mask To Aid Sleep.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.

• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 30 October 2023.
