• The supply issue is due to increased demand and lead times.

Impact:

• KCP417 is currently available whilst the remaining stocks last, it will then be suspended and unavailable to order.
• Unfortunately, there are no alternatives available. Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable.
• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 30 September 2024.
